Return shipping costs are at your expense. Packages must be returned via the Colissimo service at the current Colissimo rates. For packages outside of France, please contact us to find out the return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for certain products, such as bodysuits or accessories.
Please note that: The right of withdrawal is subject to exceptions. For example, it does not apply to the "supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized" (Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code). Personalized products are therefore not covered by our withdrawal policy.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with their labels. For returns from abroad, please contact us
Any damaged or stained product will be refused. For cosmetic products, and for hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened products. For perfumes, returns will only be accepted for unsealed products.
Returns are automatically refunded upon receipt, excluding shipping costs.
